AfrexInsure says it was among industry leaders and experts that discussed the future of insurance in Africa at the 50th African Insurance Organization (AIO) Conference in Namibia.
AfrexInsure said it had the privilege of attending and sponsoring the conference, a significant event brought together industry leaders.
“Our team, led by CEO Jonas Mushosho, was proud to be part of these crucial conversations, emphasizing our commitment to the continent’s insurance sector,” it said on X.
During the conference, AfrexInsure said it engaged with stakeholders on key topics surrounding specialty insurance on the African continent.
It noted that these discussions are vital in addressing the unique challenges and opportunities within the African insurance market.
“By sharing insights and strategies, we aim to strengthen the industry’s capacity to handle diverse special risks and ensure comprehensive coverage for our clients in promoting trade and trade related activities on the continent.”
AfrexInsure said its main objective remains clear, that is to develop specialty insurance and keep premiums raised on the African continent within the continent.
“By doing so, we support the sustainable growth and development of infrastructure projects in the African continent.”
